Notes: in order to receive services of Martha's Pantry you must first go to Clark County Health Department (Case Management) and they will send you to Martha's Pantry if you qualify for services. You may contact the Health Department by phone: 360-397-8060 or they are located in the New Veterans Administration Building at the corner of 4th Plain and I-5.
